    Job Description

    As a Finance Assistant, your main duties and responsibilities will include

  • Inbox - Checked Daily, Keep to a minimum
  • AP Invoice Approval
  • AP Invoices - Printed and Processed Daily - including Landed Costs
  • Check and Reconcile AP Statements
  • Bank Reconciliations in multiple currencies
  • Sales Order Backlog tracking
  • Intercompany Statements
  • Open Customer / Supplier Accounts
  • Debt Chasing
  • Send AR Customer Statements
  • Customer and Supplier Queries
  • Supporting with month end responsibilities
  • Quarterly VAT Returns

    • The Successful Applicant

    The successful candidate will have the following attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role previously
  • A high attention to detail
  • SAP experience desirable but not essential
