FINANCE ASSISTANT - £12 - £13 PER HOUR - ASAP START DATE - UP TO 6 MONTHS - DIDCOT - HYBRID

Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Didcot that are looking for a full-time Finance Assistant to join the team ASAP for a 6 month assignment, offering hybrid working!

Responsibilities:

  • Upload bank transactions onto the finance system.
  • Reconcile bank account daily within the finance system.
  • Assist in updating the cash flow statement.
  • Ensure that all sale invoices are raised accurately and timely and in line company policies.
  • Ensure debtors are settled within agreed payment terms.
  • Set up supplier accounts and maintain contracts.
  • Raise purchase orders in line with company policies.
  • Ensure that all purchase invoices are processed accurately and timely.
