We are delighted to be working with a business based in Carterton that are looking for a Finance Assistant to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous experience in a similar role, offering up to £34,000 + Study Support.

Responsibilities:

  • Post all daily bank transactions for approval
  • Assist with month end procedures
  • Assist with year end audit
  • Assist with managing the accounts receivable mailbox
  • Assist with handling customer calls regarding payment matters and chasing overdue debt
  • Assist with managing the accounts payable mailbox
  • Assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies in quantity or price on invoices
  • Support with resolving and responding to payment/invoice disputes/queries
  • Assist with reconciliation of supplier statements and address any discrepancies
  • Scan, file and log all account documents to IFS
  • Support the Team Leader with adhoc work and projects
