We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our payroll team.

Reporting into the Process and Payroll Manager your day to day duties would include:
• Email management/Electronic filing of timesheets
• Processing and invoicing of timesheets
• Payment of timesheets to umbrella companies
• Telephone and email liaison for queries
Ideally you will have experience within a processing or customer service environment, experience within the medical recruitment sector would be desirable. In addition you will be:
• Well organised with good time management skills
• Keen to learn and able to pick up systems quickly
• Able to remain calm under pressure
• Personable, approachable and keen to provide excellent customer service

You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with good attention to detail.

We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills. Attention to detail and the ability to pick up web based systems is just as important.

A previous medical recruitment or administrative background would be an advantage; however we would consider strong candidates from other industry backgrounds.

We work Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30. Friday we finish at 5pm as well as free breakfast and drinks round. We have a great team ethos and a positive attitude to supplying quality Locum Doctors and Nurses to the UK’s healthcare system.
