Finance Administrator

An opportunity has arisen for an organised and enthusiastic Finance Administrator to work alongside a skilled and established Operations team, based at Liverpool University.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support on all aspects finance administration for the wider team. This would be a great opportunity for an individual interested in pursuing a career in Finance. The ideal candidate will be IT savvy, solutions based, have a background in administration and experience working in an office environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Supporting the operational managers to maintain their work in progress and debt profile

Supporting the operational managers to understand customer profitability

Raising sales invoices and credits in accordance with company policies

Building and maintaining customer relationships

Liaising with credit control to ensure debt remains in line with T&Cs

Providing support and information to the finance team during financial audits in relation to the department’s activities

Uploading information to the client’s systems as required

Other admin duties as required

Desired/Essential Experience:

Excellent knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel (Essential)

Excellent computer and competencies (Essential)

Excellent written and verbal communication (Essential)

Ability to organise and prioritise workload, managing multiple tasks concurrently (Essential)

Previous administration experience
