Facilities Manager (Soft Services) in Rugby

Job Introduction

Sodexo delivers a wide range of Facilities management  and Food services to meet the unique and varied needs of the Ministry of  Justic e. .  Our facilities Management expertise keeps our sites running smoothly, while our Property Services ensure that client infrastructure and equipment is well cared for.

We are now seeking an organised and conscientious General Services Manager to oversee the operational running of all functions at our large public sector client’s site in Newbold Revel which is situated between Coventry and Rugby.

With proven experience ideally in soft facilities management, catering, hotel or hospitality management and hold at least a Level 2 Food safety certificate you will be enthusiastic, highly organised and put people and customer service at the heart of everything you do.

Leading from the front, you will have direct management responsibility over all the onsite catering, cleaning, security as well as the full suite of soft FM services. 

You will have accountability for the following;

• Client Relationship
• Health and Safety (including risk assessments and allergen checks)
• Food safety 
• People Management
• Audits
• Cash and Stock Control

Though this role will be Monday to Friday there is an expectation to be flexible to work occasional weekends as and when necessary.
