Export Sales Manager in Chertsey

An exciting Export Sales Manager role, initially office based moving to hybrid / WFH in the future, and involving up to 6 weeks overseas travel a year to visit distributors and attend exhibitions and trade shows.

Working for a small British manufacturer of ink jet printers (pound for pound the best printers in the world for their price) sold worldwide via a network of distributors.

This is a new role to take advantage of the successful launch of a brand new product.

BASIC SALARY: up to £50,000

BENEFITS:

· Commission and Bonus to earn circa £10,000

· All travel expenses

LOCATION: Office based near Chertsey in Surrey

COMMUTABLE LOCATIONS: Slough, Woking, Richmond, Bracknell, Weybridge, Camberley

JOB DESCRIPTION: Export Sales Manager, International Sales Manager – manufacturer, printers

A primarily office based Export Sales Manager role managing a network of existing distributors with a brief to identify and appoint new distributors as part of the companies growth plan.

You will be expected to travel and stay away for up to 6 weeks per year visiting distributors and attending exhibitions and trade shows and will work closely with the Managing Director and Export Sales Director.

This Export Sales Manager role is a new role to take advantage of the successful launch of a new product.

Initially office based 5 days a week, you can expect to move to hybrid WFH in the future.

Full product training and ongoing sales support will be offered.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: Export Sales Manager, International Sales Manager – manufacturer, printers

· You WILL have a proven track record in an export sales role specifically with experience of selling to distributors world wide and will have experience of working for an industrial, engineering or manufacturing company.

· The company will consider an ambitious export sales co-ordinator or internal sales person looking to step up.

· Any previous experience of the coding or marking market would be advantageous but is not essential.

· Fluent English is a pre requisite but additional fluency in Spanish or French would also be advantageous.
