The Position

• with candidates in-person/virtually to understand their skill set and career aspirations
• with clients in-person/virtually to understand their business, growth plans and qualify vacancies
• research into your industry so you become an expert in your field
• specialised databases on Microsoft Excel
• candidates for difficult to fill retained vacancies
• contracts of employment with candidates/ terms of business with clients
