We are partnering with an outstanding youth charity dedicated to delivering inspirational programmes through various organisational partnerships.

As the Executive Director of Operations, you will provide exceptional leadership across the operations function, guiding a team of six dedicated directors.

You will create quality frameworks and implement a bold growth strategy to expand access to the charity’s programmes.

You will oversee quality assurance and support partners to ensure a high-quality experience is delivered.

Key responsibilities for the Executive Director of Operations:

  • Lead the development and implementation of robust quality frameworks
  • Drive the strategic growth plan to increase programme reach and impact
  • Develop and mentor high-performing teams and volunteers
  • Uphold rigorous quality assurance and safeguarding standards
  • Build and maintain influential relationships with key stakeholders
  • Innovate operational strategies to engage diverse groups

To be a successful Executive Director of Operations, you will need:

  • Experience operating as part of an Executive Leadership team
  • Expertise in creating and implementing quality frameworks and safeguarding
  • A track record in developing strategic partnerships
  • Strong financial and management skills
  • Outstanding communication and influencing skills

Salary: £ 99,000 - £ 117,000

Contract: Permanent Full time

Location: Remote with regular travel
