Executive Assistant To Chief HR Officer in Bath

We have a really exciting opportunity for someone looking for a new challenge within a Global organisation.

The Executive Assistant to the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) has a busy and varied role supporting both the CHRO and the HR Leadership Team (HRLT) through a variety of tasks and projects that help ensure a smooth running of the Global HR Function.

As the Executive Assistant, you will collaborate closely with the CHRO and the HRLT to enhance the employee experience. You will assist in problem-solving and implementing initiatives across Europe, APAC, and the Americas, engaging in various tasks and business-critical projects that provide insight into the broader organization.

This is not a traditional EA role, and does not require you to have knowledge of HR. A passion and knowledge of communications or social media management would however be highly beneficial.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous experience of EA or Communications work would be an advantage
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to deliver multiple projects
• Strong background in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
