About the role

This varied role involves working across our sheltered housing sites either in the north or south of Bristol. You will be responsible for delivering an efficient and effective Estate Management Service, act as a point of contact for residents and provide an on site presence to support residents with their housing needs. You’ll also:

  • Coordinate and support on site cleaners, or contractors, to ensure that sites' communal areas are kept clean and tidy.

  • Carry out Tenancy Audits and deal with  wellbeing/no response calls along with various Housing Management functions.

  • Carry out Estate Inspections every 6 weeks on each site in your area to ensure that communal areas are maintained and free from hazards.

  • Provide effective advice to internal and external customers through a variety of channels, whilst adhering to data protection policy.

  • Ensure on site communal facilities, including guest rooms and laundries are operational and looked after.


About you

A personable and proactive individual, you will be passionate about providing great customer service. Ideally, you will have some experience in a housing or estate management role but this isn’t essential. 

You will also need to be confident in handling and resolving disputes. Alongside this you will need:

  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle to travel between our sites.
