Estate Officer in Fleet

Service Care Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an Estate Officer to join a client working in West London on a temporary basis.

Working around the West London area, this role will involve daily driving of a fleet van, working on Housing Estates.

You will provide a high quality, responsive estate management service to residents by ensuring communal areas are safe and attractive, and undertake minor works or repairs to minimise potential risks.

Key ResponsibilitiesUndertake minor works or repairs to minimise potential risksCarry out scheduled and emergency clearances of items from communal hallways, including transporting goods to store and arranging safe storageSupport local teams to achieve Fire Risk Assessment targetsWork with a wide range of people including Housing Officers, Residents, Contractors, and the local policeDemonstrate strong attention to detail to follow procedures and ensure you deal with any issues in a timely mannerUndertake manual handling activities and ensure that all customers live in a safe and happy environmentBuild good relations with residents and contractors to ensure highest standards are achieved quickly and with minimum fussRequirementsValid UK Driving License and have been driving as part of your main job role for the last 2-5 yearsRecent customer service experienceAbility to follow Health and Safety legislation to ensure that all customers live in a safe and happy environmentProblem solver with the drive and attention to detail to get the job done well first-time round every timeFriendly approachable manner and a "can do" attitudeStrong communication skillsExperience in facilities or estate management environment (preferred but not essential)For more details on this role and to apply, call Prakash today on (phone number removed) or email (url removed)
