You will join us on a bank basis and in return, we will offer a competitive salary of £13.92 per hour.The Enrolment Assistant role:Are you looking for a flexible role that could fit around university studies or family responsibilities or that ideal part time role to earn a bit of extra money?Crawley College is seeking to appoint Enrolment Assistants on bank contracts this summer. Some post holders will work from early July to mid-September; the remainder will work from late August until mid-September.The role will mainly focus on providing administrative assistance to the Information and Funding team during our busy enrolment period.  Duties will include, but will not be limited to, dealing with telephone and email enquiries, data processing, front of house duties, enrolment form checking and filing.As an Enrolment Assistant, you will have experience of working in a customer service role and knowledge of Microsoft Office.Key Responsibilities of our Enrolment Assistant:Preparing materials for enrolment days. Contributing to staffing of enrolment desks on enrolment days - for example checking student IDs / exam results. Checking enrolment forms to ensure that data has been completed correctly before enrolment. Processing simple enrolments using our data management system, ProSolution. Data entry to ensure that student records are up to date. Contributing to the organisation and delivery of induction days. Assisting with the maintenance and filing of student documentation in the data office. Assisting with checks of register accuracy and other exercises undertaken to ensure the quality of information produced from the Management Information System (MIS).Our ideal Enrolment Assistant should have the below skills and experience:5 GCSEs or equivalent at grades A-C/4-9 Experience working within a customer service role Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages Time management skills, organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyClosing date for applications: 10th June 2024The Chichester College Group has seven colleges, Anglia Examinations, First Steps Childcare Group, Chichester English School and 2,600 staff spread across West Sussex and Brighton & Hove.
