Engineering Administrator in Peterborough

Engineering AdministratorPeterborough£30,000 - £32,000Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Thursday: 7:45am - 4:30pm, Friday: 7:45am - 3:00pm)Benefits:- 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays - Access to health cash plan - Enhanced pension scheme - Life assurance at 3x base salaryKey Responsibilities:- Upkeep and data entry of all site maintenance budgets- Attend weekly budgetary meetings and generate weekly budget reports- Daily data entry of job completion- Build reports from CMMS software- Generate engineering spares spend reports and health and safety compliance reports- Administer and maintain the asset register, including new plant and equipment- Contribute to team efforts to achieve company objectives and support continuous improvement projects- Be available for audit/customer visits across the business- Maintain teamwork and take personal responsibility for assigned tasks- Actively promote company values, policies, and procedures in all areas of workEssential Skills and Experience:- Engineering planning and administrative experience- Excellent organisational and planning skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Attention to detail and good computer literacy skills- Strong analytical skills, ideally with a solid mathematical ability- Experience working with safety systems or in a strong safety culture environment- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Enthusiastic and self-motivated approach to workDesirable:- Project management experienceIf you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent organisational skills and a strong background in engineering administration, we want to hear from you!
