As an Engineering Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the engineering department, ensuring smooth operations and efficient project management.

In your first week in this Engineering Administrator role, you can expect to:

• Provide general administrative assistance to the engineering team
• Manage and organise engineering documents and files
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
• Book and organise meeting rooms and resources as needed
• Assist in the planning and execution of engineering projects
