Employee Benefits Consultant

Alexander Lloyd is currently partnered with an established employee benefits organisation who are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant to join their team. This role can be remote with the requirement of meeting clients face to face in and around London & the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 70-80 SME clients, consulting mainly across Private Medical Insurance. You will also have the responsibility to grow the accounts that you manage with a retention target, in addition to creating further new business opportunities for yourself and the wider business.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Consulting across Private Medical Insurance
  • Managing SME clients
  • Comfortable with having both a retention and a new business target
  • Strong communicator, especially with clients
  • Ability to cross-sell
