They have won several Health & Safety awards and recently won a Princess Royal Award for one of their employee learning and development programmes. MKC Training is passionate about the success they deliver for their learners, partners, and local communities, empowering people to be ambitious, solution-focused, proactive, and creative thinkers.   The Role: The Electrical Training Manager will enjoy managing and motivating a team, deliver training to students, be willing to undertake a Level 5 teaching qualification (if not already qualified), along with holding a combination of the following: C&G 236 Pt 1&2 / 2330 / 2365 / 2357 / DAO Level 4 Electrotechnical Studies and Practice.  A1 Assessor   The Electrical Programme Area delivers training on: - Domestic and Commercial electrical installations - Single phase and 3 phase - 1st Fix, Conduit, Tray work, Single Core, Multi Core - Inspection, Testing and Commissioning - Power Production and Distribution  Job Purpose: The Electrical Training Manager will support the Faculty Manager by providing first-line team supervision, including the organisation of course training delivery, supervision and development of Trainers and quality assurance of courses. Assist the Faculty Manager in the operational running of the programme area, supporting the strategic development of the area and taking responsibility for Performance Development Reviews of staff in their area.
