The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background in electrical systems, coupled with strong leadership skills to manage the electrical engineering team and ensure minimal downtime and disruption to production.This is a unique role and varied role that will allow you to develop your skills and experience in this secure and stable business.This is a Monday to Friday, days-based opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a flexible approach to work and must be happy to support with the out-of-hours and weekend call-out rota.What we need from you?

• Experience in electrical systems specifically working with automation, electrical installation and PLCs.
• Ideally you will have previous experience within an industrial or FMCG environment.
• You must have completed an Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering
• Proven leadership skills
• 18th Edition regulations
• Valid driving licence
