Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and engage prospective students interested in pursuing higher education.

Admissions Process: Guide students through the admissions process, including application submission, document verification, and enrolment.

University Liaison: Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and educational institutions.

Market Research: Stay informed about educational trends, programs, and scholarship opportunities.

Commission-Based Compensation: In addition to a competitive base salary, earn commissions based on successful student enrolments.


Qualifications:

Language Skills: Fluent in Ukrainian or Romanian (both languages preferred).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Sales Acumen: Experience in sales, lead generation, or recruitment is preferred.

Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and educational institutions.

Organizational Skills: Manage multiple leads and applications efficiently.

Passion for Education: A genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.
