Victoria Beckham is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join their Digital team for a one-year placement, specialising in eCommerce.

This is an excellent opportunity for a university undergraduate to gain comprehensive exposure to all facets of the digital department.

eCommerce Operations:

• Product Data Management: Assist in collating and uploading product data onto the Shopify platform.
• Collection Launches and Seasonal Site Updates: Support the team during new collection launches and site changeovers.
• Stock Flow Management: Oversee and manage the flow of eCommerce stock, including handling newly arrived products, omni-channel inventory, and out-of-stock items.
• Visual Merchandising: Contribute to visual merchandising efforts by building edits, creating dedicated newsletter stories, and organising key product categories.
• Sample Coordination: Collaborate with the Assistant eCommerce Manager on sample coordination and seasonal photoshoots.
• Website Maintenance: Perform daily checks on victoriabeckham.com to identify and report bugs and issues.
• Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide general support and complete various daily tasks as needed.

Photoshoots:

• Documentation Assistance: Help with the preparation of all shoot-related documentation.
• Sample Coordination: Assist in coordinating samples for photoshoots.
• On-Set Support: Provide support on set, including styling, sample coordination, and image selection.

Candidate Profile:

• Interest in eCommerce and Digital: A strong passion for eCommerce and the digital landscape.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organisational Skills: Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a keen eye for detail.
• Initiative and Creativity: Ability to think creatively and take initiative in problem-solving.
• Team Player: Capable of working effectively within a team environment.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

General Information:

• Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Working Arrangement: Hybrid model with three days in the office and two days working from home.
• Eligibility: Must be enrolled as an undergraduate student at a UK university, seeking an internship as part of their course curriculum.
