This eCommerce & Customer Service Executive appointment will see you responsible for all aspects of customer service and online order management, whilst gaining exposure to a whole range of ecommerce and digital marketing tools/platforms. You don’t need experience to get started, as they will offer plenty of training, however for the right person, this role is a great starting point in learning a whole host of skills that will stand you in good stead for the future!

The role will see you responsible for:

  • Delivering exceptional service to resolve all order and shipping related issues
  • Working with subscriptions to help customers adjust deliveries
  • Working with reviews in spotting and fixing issues, as well as taking advantage of any opportunities that come your way
  • Supporting the Marketing Manager in executing their plans through social media and CRM

What we’re looking for in a skill set and character:

  • 6 months + demonstrable experience in a customer service or administrative position
  • Passion for customer service and being involved in the brands community development through CRM and Social
  • Able to balance workload and effectively prioritise
  • Demonstrate initiative as well as being someone with strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • An ambitious individual with the drive to continuously seek opportunity to improve
