The eCommerce Coordinator will be the key support within the eCommerce function, and will be tasked with optimising our websites, improving user experience, supporting new launches from preview to full campaign launch, and maximising conversion.
These responsibilities will span across all territories, with a focus on the UK and North America websites.
Working alongside the Junior Product Manager and Senior eCommerce Manager in ensuring all campaigns across digital are executed with excellence across our digital flagship’s touchpoints.
In this role the goal is to ensure that our websites align with our aspirations, provide a high touch customer experience, resonate with our diverse customer base, and represents our brand values - ultimately driving sustainable growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Owning sitewide updates sitewide in line with the brand calendar, pivoting during commercial opportunities. Supporting in the planning of, and executing new launches online.
- Responsible for updating and optimising all pages, category headers and general presentation of the House of Hackney websites, across all territories (UK, NA, Rest of World).
- Working collaboratively with the Content team to plan and deliver BAU communications.
- Manage the launch of all new season and products within our PIM (including digital asset management within DAM) and CMS, working collaboratively with our Operations and Logistics teams.
- Build and schedule email marketing communications.
- Advocate A/B tests across email campaigns and analysing results.
- Responsible for reporting on eCommerce sales across regions, including email campaign performance.
- Undertake bi-weekly visual site merchandising to align with sales opportunities.
- Online stock management, coordinating with the Production team.
- Monitor traffic to the website territories, identifying and suggesting optimisations to user journey and experience to maximise on site conversion.
- Support the Senior eCommerce Manager and Digital Product Manager on UX testing to constantly improve the website, and help develop and deploy the tools needed to support the growth and improvements.
- Undertake regular health checks and testing of site checkout and automated email programmes (e.g. abandon basket) across Trade and Retail.
- Support the team with end-to-end testing of new site fixes and features including liaising with developers.
- Undertake competitor analysis on an ad hoc/seasonal basis identifying opportunities that may help improve the customer proposition of the House of Hackney website.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- 2 or more years experience working in an ecommerce or digital team, preferably for a premium brand.
- Experience of working within a CMS (Shopify, Magento).
- Analytical skills, experience building reports on weekly/monthly summaries and confidence using Excel.
- Experience working within CRM tools, building emails in systems like Klaviyo, Hubspot, Salesforce etc.
- Competent in using analysis tools like GA4, HotJar and CRO tools.
- An understanding of SEO and experience in implementing changes in the CMS, PIM and product feed.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Curious and confident. Motivated and willing to take ownership of projects and tasks, and deliver these to the wider business.

- Ability to identify, prioritise and articulate high priority tasks and longer term projects.
