The Vacancy:
We are searching for a well-organised, detail-orientated Divisional Manager to join our LV subsidiaries team.
To be successful as a divisional manager, you should have an influential personality and strong leadership qualities.
Responsibilities:
- Full accountability for achieving sales and margin targets across the divisions branch network.
- Full accountability for ensuring compliance with all company operational KPI’s
- Effectively managing staff resource
- Scheduling and holding effective meetings and training sessions with divisional management team.
- Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding processes.
- Establishing professional relationships with team members and support departments
- Evaluating performance and productivity
- Delivery engaging and regular performance updates to the divisional team
- Promote and maintain health and safety regulations.
- Identifying sales leakage and presenting findings to team members.
- Implementing successful sales plans
- Researching and identifying growth opportunities
- Improving service and ensuring sustainability.
- Promoting company values.
- Ensuring successful implementation of company strategies in newly acquired businesses and greenfield sites
- Management of customer rewards program
Requirements:
- Ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office, QlikView Bi and other business systems
- Minimum of 2 years management experience at Area Manager or Area Sales Manager level.
- Good knowledge of different AAG business functions
- Ability to identify and mentor new and existing team members
- A positive attitude and professional manner.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong networking and management abilities.
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- The ability to work under pressure.
