The Opportunity:

Are you an ambitious finance professional looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic, high-growth environment? Finatal are partnering with a high growth and highly acquisitive expanding business services company backed by private equity. The business requires a Divisional FP&A Manager to join their team in Leicestershire. With a strong EBITDA and boasting £150m turnover, this company aims for an exit in the next three years and is committed to professionalising its finance and operations to meet Private Equity standards.


The Role:

· Perform as a strong #2 in FP&A, working as an independent professional, owning the FP&A function, delivering insightful financial analysis and management information.

· Drive systems optimisation and improve financial processes commercially.

· Produce detailed financial commentary and analysis to support business decisions.

· Partner with senior unit directors and leaders to provide financial guidance and support.

· Manage and support debt and equity-raises, ensuring robust financial planning and forecasting.

· Take ownership of ad hoc projects, contributing to the company’s strategic objectives.

· Utilise their strong tech stack, drive data led projects (Power BI, IBM Planning)


The Requirements:

· Professional finance qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

· Minimum 2-3 years post-qualified experience in a relevant role.

· Proven experience in core FP&A management, management information production, and financial commentary.

· Demonstrable experience in systems optimisation and process improvement.

· Strong business partnering skills with the ability to influence and drive change in a hands on and “roll your sleeves up” environment

· Tech-savvy with experience in Power BI and IBM Planning considered an advantage.
