To be successful in this position, you will have/be;

Able to work under pressure without compromising on quality
Experience in working in a similar position for a minimum of 2 years
Working knowledge of shipping & despatch, with experience in handling import/export terms and documentation
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Able to use PC-based software (word, excel, etc) and stock control software
Strong organisational skills, where you take initiative and remain focused under pressure
Be able to communicate and present information effectively and efficiently
Forklift truck licence
Demonstrable leadership skills, tackling issues honestly, with integrity, and with timeliness
Previous supervisory experience preferred
