KeyResponsibilities

We are lookingfor an experienced Director of Fundraising to join our FundManagement & Sales team and lead in capital raisingactivities across various markets. Your main responsibilities asDirector of Fundraising willinclude:

Leadgeneration

• Generatenew business through leads events market mapping and otheravenues

• Introduceprospective new thirdparty introducers and placementagents

• Lead on investor duediligence efforts for the fundraisingperiod

• Maintain uptodateinformation on family office and institutional investors on CRM andinternalsystems

Relationshipmanagement

• Actas the first point of contact for ongoing investor requests

• Systematically recordfeedback and meeting information from investors in theCRM

• Actively develop andmaintain client relationships

• Actively introduce developand manage thirdparty introducer or placement agentrelationships

Marketing

• Overseethe creation and management of salesmaterials

• Contribute toclientfacing updates on the market business andportfolio

• Lead thepreparation of pitches andproposals

• Development ofmarketing materials for fundraising roadshows AGMs and investorscalls

• Attend and speak atindustry events as a representative of the Fundsbusiness

• Working with theinvestor relations team to ensure the registration of new funds fordistribution in appropriate targetmarkets

Linemanagement

• Managea small fund sales team to deliverresults

Internalreporting

• Producemarket research competitor analysis and presentations for internalstrategic meetings

• Carry outquarterly reporting and other adhoc bespokereporting

• Prepare annualfund sales strategy to feed into the funds businessplan

• Working closely withthe fund management and investor relations team to prepare andmaintain target market assessments for each fundstrategy

KeySkills &Experience

• Strongtrack record of raising capital coupled with private marketsinvestment experience with a particular focus on family office andinstitutional investors in fundraising or a placement agent role

• Knowledge of private creditand/or real estate strategies is anadvantage

• Knowledge ofinstitutional allocators and the consultant community is anadvantage

• Stronginterpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills able to build strongand lasting relationships with internal and externalstakeholders

• Ability toclearly and accurately communicate complex business and financialproduct information

• Preciseand persuasive verbal and written communication skills attention todetail and creativeflair

• Team player with ahigh level of integrity professionalism andhonesty

• Proficient commandof English and demonstrable ability to transform financialperformance details into investorfriendlymessages

• High proficiency inGSuite

• Knowledge of theregulatory requirements and obligations relating to carrying outmarketing activities in differentjurisdictions
