Hays are now looking for a Director Of Digital for a large public sector organisation.
•Up to £950 p/d (Inside IR35)
•Hybrid working
•Location is Wiltshire
In the role, you will lead a 40+ team of UX researchers, service designers and BA's in ensuring that group programmes are delivered and integrated in alignment with the organisation's IT architecture. You will be a member of CIOs leadership team, directly reporting to the CIO.
What we are looking for
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within IT programme delivery.
- Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies & governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrable ability to lead change and innovation, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimisation.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
