Exciting Opportunity: Digital Services Lead for a leading Global Retailer DNA is partnering with a leading global retailer to recruit a Digital Services Lead to lead and develop a comprehensive digital services offering.

Are you a seasoned professional with experience in digital service business models for retail, telecoms, energy, insurance or other pure play digital services environments?

If so, we want to hear from you!

Essential Skills:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Demonstrated success in proposition development, defining service levels, and analysing performance.
• Experience of change management programmes and stakeholder engagement
• Experience of working in a global function of a multi-national organisation.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and best practices
• Ability to conceptualise and develop compelling digital service propositions that align with market needs and business objectives.
• Stakeholder management, leadership skills, presentation skills, workshop design and facilitation, and storytelling.

We are seeking candidates who are either:

• In a mid level position looking to advance their career
• In an executive position within an established digital service offering looking for a new challenge (We would expect individuals to have a min of 7+ years relevant experience)
