Gleeson Recruitment Group are pleased to be working with a well-known fashion retailer based in Leamington Spa to recruit for a Digital Marketing Manager with a Paid Media specialist on a permanent, full time basis.Job title: Digital Marketing ManagerLocation: Leamington SpaSalary: £35,000-£45,000Start date: June - August 2024Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid in office 2 days a weekThe role:You will be working with a fast paced ecommerce and instore retailer to drive traffic to their sites. You will work across multiple digital channels but with a large focus on acquisition as well activity to engage and retain current customers. We are looking for a Digital Marketing specialist with strong paid media expertise.Responsibilities:Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels to drive acquisition and retention of customersDeliver campaigns across multiple performance marketing channels including but not limited to paid media, paid social and PPCImplement marketing campaigns that will maximise traffic and conversionWork collaboratively and manage digital marketing agenciesWork with internal teams and data agency to interpret consumer dataEnhance digital performance through analytics and data and refine activity to drive optimum performanceReport on performance weekly and monthlyWork with internal teams such as Brand and Design to deliver creative digital marketing campaignsEnsure digital marketing campaigns are in line with current trends and seasonsBuild brand presence through digital marketing campaigns Candidate Criteria:Previous experience in a performance marketing driven digital marketing roleCommercially driven with proven track record of success within a FMCG / retail businessStrong knowledge and experience within paid digital mediaExperience managing digital agenciesStrong communicator and stakeholder managementHave a passion for the brandPlease apply for more informationAt Gleeson Recruitment Group, we embrace inclusivity and welcome applicants of all backgrounds, experiences, and abilities.
