Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CLOUD NINE's comprehensive digital marketing strategy. This role entails managing the company's paid media efforts (including optimization and reporting), overseeing SEO practices, and planning and executing marketing campaigns and content.

This is a permanent full-time role, based at the Harrogate HQ. Flexibility will be provided to accommodate any regular early and late working hours, if required.

Main Duties:

  • Owner of the digital paid media strategy focusing on both performance and brand awareness including the associated budget and KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with Brand & Marketing to ensure the overarching agreed strategy is executed, across all digital channels for CLOUD NINE, including Paid Media, CRM & onsite.
  • Produce and manage the Digital Marketing budget.
  • Develop an in-depth personalisation journey, to serve consumers pre-during and post their experience with CLOUD NINE.
  • Manage relationships with agency partners, managing the full process from briefing, execution and reporting.
  • Work with the Trading Manager, to ensure timely and on-brand executions.
  • Collaborate with the Influencer and Social Media team to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maintains uniformity across platforms and leverages cross-channel comms for maximum effectiveness.
  • Continually research, identify, analyse and measure trends & consumer behaviour. Creating and tweaking content based on data to optimise user experience.
  • Own, create and maintain the content calendar to feed the SEO strategy and to deliver targeted content for use cross channel.
  • Launch & manage the affiliate strategy across the business.
  • Produce reporting and analytics on the overall performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques.
  • Supporting the business objective of brand awareness and growth. 

 

 

Skills and qualifications

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in managing performance media across platforms such as Google, Meta, TikTok.
  • Deep understanding of the full mix of digital platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta, DotDigital and Shopify.
  • A comprehensive understanding of SEO industry standards.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a Digital Marketing role.
  • Commercially savvy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at any level.
  • Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage and drive own projects.
  • Excellent timekeeping and time-management with the ability to prioritise the workload to ensure all tasks are carried out effectively and deadlines are met.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Strong sense of creativity, imagination, and innovation.
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with other departments.
  • Ability to analyse consumer metrics, reports, and trends.
  • Strong project management and development & managerial skills.
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data.
