As the Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be leading their global digital presence.

Get ready to unleash YOUR EXPERTISE in designing, optimising, and implementing strategies that captivate audiences, drive donations, and build an online presence leading the Digital Team to SUCCESS!

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive global digital marketing strategy, incorporating PPC, search, display, affiliates, and social media channels.

Lead and manage the social media team, focusing on platforms such as TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Ensure timely execution of emergency campaigns within specified windows, both domestically and internationally.

Increase the number and value of donations, average order values, online conversion rates, and customer acquisition rates.

Manage digital marketing channels, including budgeting, campaign planning, and collaboration with external agencies.

Analyse campaign success, translate data into actionable insights, and optimise strategies for continuous improvement.

Stay abreast of digital trends, tools, and strategies, making recommendations for new approaches.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPI’s)
