Digital Marketing Manager

Joining a team of six under theleadership of our Head of Marketing this is a newly created roleowning our digital marketing strategy and execution.

You will play a pivotal role in driving thedigital marketing strategy and execution to enhance brandvisibility engage target audiences and propel business growth.

Your remit will include the oversight of diversedigital channels and marketing communications. Covering our companywebsites to newsletters emails blogs website optimization andmultimedia content creation this will be a varied role during anexciting time of growth for the business.

Seamlessly aligning our digital presence withoverarching business objectives youll drive us toward a unified andimpactful online presence.

Objectives& Responsibilities:

Vaarstis an exciting and dynamic environment meaning these are likely tochange as we grow upon joining your objectives and responsibilitieswill include:

  • Overseeing digitalchannels including websites marketing communications such asnewsletters emails blogs news updates and general storytelling.
  • Responsible for website optimization (SEM SEOPP UI/UX).
  • Programmatic Marketing /Programmatic advertising implementing automated strategies foronline marketing and advertising.
  • Leveragingdata analytics trend analysis and customer insights to optimizeperformance and deliver compelling content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensureconsistency in brand messaging and alignment with overall marketingobjectives.
  • Stay informed about digitalmarketing best practices industry trends and new technologies andshare insights and recommendations with theteam.

  • Previous experience (5Years) in overseeing a variety of digitalchannels.

  • Handson experience with WordPress websitemanagement SEM and SEO.
  • Proficient with GoogleAnalytics Microsoft Clarity Salesforce for tracking and analysingdigital performance metrics.
  • Ability to thrivein a fastpaced environment manage multiple projects simultaneouslyand meet deadlines.
