Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to join our team.

This is a hands-on role ideal for a creative and analytical professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising our digital presence across all digital channels.

This Role is Hybrid:

You will be expected to attend our offices in Belfast three days per week

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.

• Manage and optimise multi-channel campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and PPC.

• Create and manage content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

• Utilise data analytics tools to measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

• Conduct A/B testing to optimise marketing strategies and increase conversion rates.

• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise user experience.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and SaaS industries.

• Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending and maximising ROI.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and partners.

• Develop creative assets and brochures to support product offerings per verticle and by channel

• Source data for outbound campaigns and enrich the base data

• Drive inbound leads for Sales demonstrations

Desired Criteria

• Proven working experience within the SaaS industry

Required Criteria

•  Previous marketing experience gained within a professional sector is a must
• Demonstrable experience of copywriting with excellent spelling, grammar and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyse campaign data to adapt to increase success rates.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot), Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools, and social media advertising platforms
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions
