As a Digital Marketing Expert, your focus will be on driving strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and deliver measurable results across all digital channels.

You will be responsible for strategically leading and implementing GPM digital marketing strategy, with support from other business areas and business units.

Your key tasks will include:

  • Analyze, evaluate, and continuously update corporate website content for SEO optimization and increased organic visibility.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor Account-Based Marketing Campaigns (ABM), including content creation, target group identification, re-targeting strategies, product positioning, and internal coordination to ensure campaign coherence and effectiveness.
  • Strategize and design email marketing campaigns together with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and actively manage the company's social media presence, ensuring consistent and relevant engagement across all channels.
  • Maintain constant collaboration with internal and external stakeholders for the implementation and maintenance of the Lead Management Process on Salesforce.
  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other channels.
  • Track and report digital marketing performance through Google Analytics and Microsoft Power BI.
  • Support migration from WordPress to Optimizely.
  • Furthermore, you will be reporting and working closely with the GPM Marketing Director.

    You are also expected to run regular meetings with key business stakeholders to understand upcoming quarter needs and priorities, coordinating content creation and campaigns accordingly. 

    This position may be based in any of our main locations in Europe, but we'd love to see you in our headquarters in Barcelona!

    To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably complemented by a Master’s degree in Marketing or another relevant field.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) in an international context.
  • Proven expertise in setting up, implementing, and optimizing both organic and paid media campaigns, including email marketing, LinkedIn, and other social media channels to drive engagement conversions and brand visibility.
  • Ability to strategically align digital marketing initiatives with broader departmental and organizational objectives, ensuring a cohesive and impactful approach.
  • Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and keyword analysis platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM, and emailing platforms, like Oracle- Eloqua, HubSpot, etc.
  • Proficiency in English, combined with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • In addition, previous experience in the following areas would be considered a valuable asset:

  • Content management.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
  • Tools: , Optimizely, ., MailChimp, WordPress.
  • Renewable energy industry.
