Backed by notable investors including HubSpot, Gumtree, and Stride.VC, and having raised £4 million in funding, they are now poised to hit the £1 million ARR milestone and prepare for a Series A funding round. Role Summary: We seek a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on technical skills in digital marketing. This role requires a proactive individual ready to tackle the challenges of a fast-paced start-up environment. You will take full ownership of your projects, from strategizing to executing high-impact SEO and PPC campaigns, ensuring both long-term brand visibility and immediate performance gains, whilst supporting the wider marketing team across full funnel marketing activities driving their demand generation approach. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer acquisition.
  • Independently manage PPC campaigns across Google and LinkedIn, overseeing everything from content alignment and campaign launch to performance monitoring and data-driven optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Design, and Content, to create cohesive and effective marketing efforts.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing within a SaaS-based startup or an agency focused on SaaS clients.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, with a strong emphasis on SEO and PPC.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making and performance optimization.
  • Proven ability to manage digital ad campaigns independently, without reliance on external agencies.
