Digital Designer in London

MOBKOI is looking for a Mid-Weight Digital Designer to join our London HQ team!

Position Overview.

As a Digital Designer you’ll use a high level of expertise to create and deliver digital concepts to meet a variety of client briefs and expectations. You’ll be responsible for helping to drive the creative direction of campaigns and executing these designs to the highest standard possible. As part of the Creative Production team, you will work efficiently and to a high standard, taking on multiple campaigns, delivering the premium quality that clients expect of MOBKOI.

Key Responsibilities.

• Work with clients and campaign partners to design and build high quality ads across a multitude of formats. Balancing looks and performance with technical and publisher requirements.

• Advise the sales team as well as clients on design, best practices and creative direction based on the objectives and KPIs of each brief.

• Work closely with operational teams to optimise creatives for different publishers, devices and environments.

• Create demos and supporting graphics for sales pitches as well as contributing to internal design projects.

• Work on new ideas and assist in developing new ad products.

• Manage your workload independently and deliver results within a deadline.

• Mentor junior members of staff.

Skills & Experience.

• Strong digital design experience.

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and After Effects/Premiere Pro.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS and JavaScript (more advanced coding skills are an advantage).

• High attention to detail and commitment to providing a first-class product.

• Strong time and work-flow management.

• Solid communication skills.

• Strong typography & layout skills.

• Fundamental knowledge of animation & video editing.

• An understanding of responsive design, especially for mobile.

• Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Celtra, Doubleclick Studio, etc.) is an advantage.

Salary range £30,000 - £35,000 pa depending on experience
