Harris Global are currently on the lookout for a DevOps Engineer to join a leading Wealth Managers in London.
This is a permanent opportunity working on a hybrid basis with occasional travel to Europe.
The ideal candidate will have worked heavily in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Development teams to implement a modern approach to software engineering, as well as managing infrastructure operations.
- Work to implement the UK’s cloud strategy and support to Application Development teams to define, enhance, and support DevOps practices.
- Enhance software and infrastructure delivery including end to end CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows and/or other DevOps services
- Coach, mentor and inspire less experienced members of the DevOps/Infrastructure team to aid their development.
Key Experience:
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role within the financial services industry
- Must have experience working with Linux
- Experience developing infrastructure resources using Terraform
- Experience working with Kubernetes/ Docker
- Strong Azure experience is a plus
