The purpose of your role will be tofind, secure, and deliver development projects within scope andbudget under the umbrella of the overarching development strategy.Day-to-day responsibilities will include managing developmentprojects at all stages from, design and tender to construction;liaison with the new business team and helping to identifyopportunities; leading on capital projects; coordinating planningapplications; leading multi-disciplinary project and design teams;ensuring compliance and mitigating health and safety works; andreporting and documentation amongst otherduties.

MustHave

• DevelopmentManagement experience or strong Project Management experience inDevelopment.
• Social Housing experience, andassociated legislation and regulations.
• Strongtrack record of successful residential new builddevelopment.
• Experience leading and motivatinglarge teams, working with contractors, managing development teams,and maintaining contracts &standards.
• Up to date knowledge of planning,Building and Health & Safetyregulations.
• An understanding of fundingmodels
• MS Office365
• Project Management software such as MSProject.
• A relevant professional qualificationordegree

NicetoHave

• RICS,RIBA, RTPI, or similaraccreditation.
• NEBOSH

You will be accountable, exceedinglyorganised, detail orientated, and autonomous with the ability tohit deadlines and provide clear reports without excessivesupervision.
