Children's Deputy Home Manager
Oldham

Job:

Children's Home Deputy Manager
Working within a learning disabilities and autism service
4 bedded residential care home, OFSTED regulated
Working alongside the registered manager to ensure the home is safely managed, meeting Ofsted and company standards, whilst also ensuring each young person has effective and child-focused support.
Work with the manager to manage, support and develop the staff team
Working within a larger children's services organisation, that has a wide variety of services across the northwest.
Oldham based

Salary and Contract:

£28,000 - £29,500
+ £40 per sleep

169 hours a month
A mixture of shifts and office hours, + sleeps

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
Senior or Deputy Manager experience
Driving licence
