Do you want to work for a growing evaluation consultancy and use your skills for good?

Join the Evaluator and help charities and not-for-profit organisations demonstrate the impact of their work by ‘measuring the unmeasurable’.

The Evaluator conducts lots of work for organisations that receive their funding through The Arts Council, part of this role will include following specific funding guidance, data input and analysis to ensure the funding requirements are met.

Other tasks in this varied role includes work assembling data, organising information, research, analysis and report writing, visual data creation, information presentation and creative problem solving.

You’re used to handling high levels of data and take pride in getting things right first time.

Your cautious nature, attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills will find a home here.

You enjoy working at your own pace, without having to attend lots of days in the office or client meetings.

Additional skills that will help you in this role:


  • Some experience of the charity/ not-for-profit/ public sector
  • A working understanding of larger grants, aims and objectives of major funding bodies
  • A commitment to CPD and motivation and drive to succeed
  • Reliable, punctual, willing to learn and enthusiastic and able to work outside normal business hours when required


Desirables on your cv include:

  • A maths or economics qualification
  • Significant excel experience

This role is offered as a part time role.

We are willing to consider individuals who want to work between 10 and 25 hours a week, depending on preference, skillset and aptitude.

We do expect all our team to spend one day in the office per week, but the rest of the time this role is home based and flexible.
