We are excited to be working with a family-run and growing plant hire business in Haddenham, to recruit a Hire Controller to join their buzzy team!
As Hire Controller, you will be producing quotes for customers, taking orders, organising plant hire and rental agreements. Strong customer service and administrative skills is essential to thrive in this role!
Responsibilities include:nBe the first point of contact for customers via email and telephonenCreate and follow-up on all customer quotationsnCreate purchase order numbers and confirm orders with customersnCreate rental contracts and coordinate delivery with internal departmentsnManage several key customer accounts, ensuring excellent service
Skills and experience required:nStrong Customer Service & IT skillsnExperience using SAP would be beneficialnExperience in a Hire Controller role (plant hire would be desirable)

This is a full time office based role, working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
