You'll be using your communication skills to effectively build and maintain effective working relationships with customers, the sales team and internal stakeholders.As Customer Services Administrator you will:Manage customer expectations and building strong relationships with internal and external customersMaintain and develop customer service policies and proceduresManage a number of key accounts for household name clientsProvide customer service in a multi-channel environment i.e. phone, online, web services, video chat Be a direct point of contact for the customer, including the handling of incoming customer queries & account development.Ideally you'll need:Experience of working within manufacturing environmentExcellent communication skills with experience in maintaining client relationships.Experience of using CRM systemsExcellent organisational, time management and research skills Excellent understanding of the product specifications, materials and process This is an exciting new role with an award winning manufacturer that can boast an excellent reputation for developing staff.
