” We are the voice of business in Norfolk and we’re looking for our next Customer Experience superhero to join our incredible team.
Over the last five years Norfolk Chambers has undergone a significant cultural and digital transformation and the last 18 months have been about the transition from transformation and change into a 5-year plan for growth and innovation.
The heart of our business is our Account Managers.
These are the people who make an impact on every business we engage with and make things happen.
Would you like a job where you get to…
Have high levels of autonomy to develop and support a wide range of membership accounts across a specific area of the county.
This includes onboarding new members, nurturing our relationship with them and building trust through communication so that members stay with us for the long term.
Travel around the county meeting new businesses, supporting them to be the best they can be and signposting them to services they need.
Be an ambassador for us and our members at events, networking and building a pipeline of businesses to become members.
Plan your own demand-led business focussed events and play a key role in delivering our big flagship events throughout the year.
What we need from you
Someone who is ready to unleash their creativity in an organisation committed to supporting our amazing business community.
You’ll have lots of experience in a similar B2B account management or business development role and you can turn that experience to meet the needs of our highly customer centric, demand-led organisation.
Someone who thrives when they are given creative control and gets a buzz from proactively building new relationships.
Proactivity and someone who says “I intend to…” and “My recommendation is…” when looking at a problem or opportunity.
We need you to try new things, learn from the doing and be resilient when things don’t always work as planned!
