Customer Contact Apprenticeships
9 – 12 months fixed term contract
Full-time (37.5 hours per week – including dedicated study time)
Location: Edinburgh
Salary: £11.47 per hour (£22,370per year)

Aegon is offering a Customer Contact Apprenticeship designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in a customer service role in the financial services industry. You’ll study a valuable qualification (SCQF level 6 - Customer Service in Financial Services) alongside on-the-job training and development.
This is an ideal role for someone that has recently left higher education, and is looking for a first step in their career with a large financial services employer.
What you’ll do:
Engage with customers . Provide exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat addressing their inquiries and helping to resolve their requests.
Learn and Grow: Receive comprehensive training and development including industry-recognised qualification (SCQF level 6 - Customer Service in Financial Services)
Collaborate: Work closely with your team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What we’re looking for:
Maths at a National 4 level and English at a National 5 level
A passion for customer service
Good communication skills – verbal and written
A strong motivation to learn and develop
