Brook Street UK LTD are delighted to be recruiting a CSU Advisor for our client based in Belfast
Our client has advised us that the role is temporary ongoing and permanent opportunities are available
Monday - Friday 0830 - 1700
In your new role you will be responsible for,
-Analyse and solve technical problems by investigating potential solutions.
-To represent the CSU Team as required and provide support and cover
-Using a wide range of computer packages to record, manage and retrieve information
-Liaising with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
You are a good fit for this role, if you have
-Excellent customer service skills
-Are able to address concerns, and provide empathetic information
-Great Attention to detail, being able to manage tasks precisely, maintain accurate records, and follow procedures.
-Work well in a team, adapt to changes, and contribute positively to the workplace.
Our client does require 5 GCSE`s at Grades A to C and a basic Access NI, + 1 year experience
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.98, on a weekly basis
No weekend work!
