Brook Street UK LTD are delighted to be recruiting a CSU Advisor for our client based in Ballymena
This role is temporary ongoing
Monday - Sunday 8:00 - 17:00 within a flexible pattern
In your new role you will be responsible for,
-Support CSU Management to deliver excellent customer service via the telephone and/or at the public counter acting as a customer advocate
-Accurately diagnose and record repairs for the organisation's tenants and work in partnership with others to resolve issues
-Responding in a timely and professional manner to customer contact using a range of communication methods.
-Recording repairs for customers from various means of contact e.g., phone, counter, and web reporting.
-Communicating with customers to understand their query and accurately.
You are a good fit for this role, if you have
-Excellent customer service skills
-Are able to address concerns, and provide empathetic information
-Great Attention to detail, being able to manage tasks precisely, maintain accurate records, and follow procedures.
-Work well in a team, adapt to changes, and contribute positively to the workplace.
Our client does require 5 GCSE`s at Grades A to C and a basic Access NI, + 1 year experience
In return, you will be paid an hourly rate of £11.98, on a weekly basis
34 days annual leave including bank holidays
