Salary

£30,000 to £38,000 based on experience.

The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Create engaging, impactful social-first content (both static and video).
  • Create and influence content strategy for our clients, ensuring social content aligns with strategic objectives and delivers growth.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics to determine future strategy and content.
  • Create regular, clear and creative content briefs to aid content planning and delivery.
  • Work with our growing production team to manage and facilitate content shoots and projects both on location and in our studio.
  • Confidently communicate strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams based on content performance data.
  • Oversee our network of content creators to source high-quality creator content.
  • Liaise with our paid social team and account manager to review content performance.
  • Stay on top of social trends to deliver content that excites and drives reactive growth.

Experience/Skills

  • Practical experience creating social-first content (static, video and motion graphics).
  • Previous agency experience in a creative or content role (or an experienced freelancer).
  • Management experience desired.
  • A strong understanding of social media, social content and performance marketing (both established and emerging platforms).
  • Experience working with platforms such as Adobe Suite and post-production software (Davinci Resolve).
  • Exceptional communication and organisation skills.
