Man Group is a technology focused hedge fund and are creating opportunities across all parts of the firm to expand and take advantage of specific skillsets. This hybrid role is an ideal opportunity for a technical person to work on the business side of the firm. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience and will focus on supporting and improving the Corporate Action processes.
The candidate will be responsible for managing, developing, and overseeing the London Asset Servicing team. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for risk management, risk & control improvements for existing processes, create operational efficiency, and high-quality management information to track KRIs. The candidate will liaise with investment and trading teams, counterparts, and custodians be involved in helping grow the business and providing operational input and support as business lines are added. The candidate will report into the Global Head of Reconciliations and London Asset Servicing.
Purpose of the team
The Asset Servicing team sits within Investment Operations focusing on electing, settling, and reconciling all corporate action events across our fund universe, and any related projects.
