Apply NowFull Job title: Senior/ Manager Contracts & Legal Affairs
Locations: Applicants must be based in Spain, United Kingdom, France, Netherlands, Italy, Czech Republic, Romania, Poland, Germany, or Hungary.
Summary of the position:
Creates drafts, reviews and negotiates a wide range of pharma related agreements. Liaises with other departments as required. Supports the legal team as needed for corporate matters.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
-Possess between 5 - 10 years of experience with contracts and legal affairs in the pharmaceutical and life science sectors- experience in CRO environment is preferred.
-Knowledge in pharmaceutical industry and contracts
-Analytical skills, proactive and hands-on.
-Fluent or advanced level of English
Additional Qualifications & Experience:
-Significant experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of complex pharma-related agreements.
-Excellent skills in verbal and written communication, with ability to distil complex legal issues to essential elements for clients throughout the organization with different abilities and responsibilities.
-Strong organizational skills in order to prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously; willingness to assume heavy workload to meet timing and project needs.
-A demonstrated ability to grasp scientific and technical concepts quickly.
-Ability to collaborate, as well as work independently, balancing competing priorities.
-High business acumen with the ability to appropriately balance legal and business risks in an ethical and compliant manner.
