My client are an established M&E contractor that work on projects across commercial, education, healthcare and residential projects. Due to an increase in workload they are looking for an M&E Contracts Manager to join their team based in the North West.
Ideal Candidate
- Previously managed Mechanical & Electrical installations on new build and refurbishment projects.
- IT Literate.
- Technical knowledge and experience working on projects in the commercial sector.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Financially astute.
- Trades Background.
- Previously managed direct labour.
Duties of the role will include:
- Managing projects from inception to completion.
- Managing client relationships ensuring they are satisfied with the service.
- Ensuring the project is delivered within set timescales.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
- Liaising directly with the client.
- Managing Site Engineers.
Qualifications Required include CSCS, IOSH Managing Safely/ SMSTS.
